I participated in a learning opportunity with Dr. Lynn Owens using the ProScan survey, and not only enjoyed the process, but gained valuable insights on myself as a leader, and my interactions with team members. The ProScan survey highlighted both strengths and weaknesses in my areas of leadership, communication, personality, etc., and Dr Owens did a great job of encouraging my strengths and validating my own insights. I felt valued, strong, and imperfectly perfect in my skillsets and capabilities!
Before the ProScan survey, I had a pretty good idea of my areas of strength, but I saw many of my weaknesses as weaknesses (if you know what I mean).
